Happy Bargain Friday! Quirky conversion ten minutes from sandy beaches in Le Marche, Italy!
I’m not sure what the original function of this structure was, but now it’s a quirky, tiny, multi-level home and I love it! It seems it’s still classified as an agricultural property, rather than an official residence, so it may need further paperwork filed to legitimize it, but it is being sold as-is. Per my research, the “certificato di agibilità”, which I believe is the necessary document, costs around €1,000 (more information here). For the low price, fun design, and stellar location I think it would be worth the additional effort!
