Good Tuesday morning! A wonderful 14th century artist’s house with loft studios located in the beautiful Pyrenées town of Najac, France!
This house might be my new favorite. Gorgeous castle town – check. Medieval architecture – check. Gorgeous bohemian interior with huge windows, lots of light, and fascinating odds and ends (that kitchen! so cute!) – check! Loft atelier to work in? Check! And it’s well within budget! I would like this to be my life now, thank you.
From the listing on Leggett:
This large and wondrous house with 300m2 of habitable space [5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!] and stunning staircase leading to rooms on varying levels in both the tower and the house, provides a fabulous base from which to explore this lovely area and a home to enjoy all year round. Oozing character from the moment you step inside, lots of space and rooms to explore. A good sized garden, unusual in the town, with a pigeonnier providing an extra bedroom. The loft spaces currently provide huge artist’s studios. Ask for the extra photos!
