Good Monday morning! Today I am inspired by this beautiful old stone house located in the historic district of one of the gastronomic capitals of the world – Santiago de Compostela, Spain!
This area of the world is one of my favorites simply because of the amazing cuisine. From cheap tapas to 5-star restaurants, Santiago de Compostela is a top destination for the gourmand! This house is also architecturally really beautiful. Substantial stone set next to the gentle old flight of steps. Quality windows and shutters, and that built-in unit! I am also finding the empty rooms inspiring this morning as a new week begins. Potential!
House of 150 m2 distributed in three floors. We enter the property through a hall with double door that gives access on the ground floor to a toilet, a storage room, a room whose current use is a living room and a kitchen. On the first floor we have a totally exterior bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a second bedroom. On the second floor we have two other bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The property has closets and storage rooms, electric heating and a skylight on the stairs that provides more light to the house.
Located in the historic Compostela area, on the Rua dos Loureiros. One-way street for road traffic right at the entrance of the old town on the north side. Six hundred meters from the Cathedral and its entrance through the emblematic Plaza del Obradoiro. Urban bus service down the street of San Roque 100 meters from the house. Near the North University Campus and the central facilities of the Xunta in San Cayetano. Very well connected with the entrances / exits of the city.
