Today’s property is a super-lovely 16-bedroom in Old Town, Hyères, Cote d’Azur, France. Only a ten minute drive to some of the most gorgeous beaches in the world! When your guests are not on the beach they can explore the charming old town and enjoy life on the French Mediterranean coast. An absolute luxury.

The hotel is on a pedestrianized street in the old town close to many cafes, bars and restaurants. A great location to live and work. The welcome desk and the lounge/dining area are situated on the ground floor. There is a large kitchen and laundry room off the lounge to prepare breakfast and do the laundry as well as a guest WC.

The old hillside town has many features including the remains of a medieval castle and centuries-old walls. There is the modernist arts center, Villa Noailles, set in a 1920s building with gardens. Salt marshes on the Giens peninsula attract scores of waterbirds. Just offshore, Porquerolles is one of the Golden Isles, a group of islands with beaches, trails and underwater shipwrecks.
There is a free shuttle bus from a local free parking area as well as on street parking a short walk away, the first hour is free and also there is free parking between 12 and 2pm. There are many buses including routes to the train station and the airport.
