Happy Wednesday! This beautiful Cape-style cottage near the coast in Maine is calling to me today. I love the slightly overgrown gardens, the views out to the marsh and brook running directly into the ocean. We are continuing this week’s unintentional theme of checkered floors with the red and white checkers on the plank flooring in the hall! I love the cozy effect from the vintage style wallpaper and nooks created by the mansard roof. It seems like such a lovely, cozy home to live in! Right now I’m dreaming of opening a little shop in the nearby village, creating a little garden plot, taking sailboats out into the sea on sunny summer days, and cozying up with a cup of tea on crisp fall days. I love it.
