Happy Bargain Friday! I want to have a day to showcase fascinating and beautiful properties for sale at $100k or below – there are so many and they are so tempting even if the photos aren’t always Insta-perfect. Hopefully you enjoy! Today’s Bargain Friday house is half-19th century cottage, half-14th century medieval tower!!

The house has three bedrooms, a lovely terrace and small garden with fruit trees, and a working water well! Two of the bedrooms are in the newer side of the house with one bedroom at the top of the tower. The house has been halfway renovated and has eco-friendly heating system. It’s located in a pretty village with Gallic museum, library, and restaurant, with conveniences a short drive away.
